Credits FAQ

What are credits?

• Credits are used to generate colour themes for an item or whole outfit. A credit is consumed only when generation succeeds; failed generations are restored automatically.
• Downloading a glamour plate, manually editing an item's colours, or reusing an existing theme on an item does not consume a credit.
• Credits are free. They refresh daily at midnight Pacific time, and they do not stack if they are unused.

Why are there credits?

• Every theme generation calls a paid LLM. We use credits to encourage thoughtful generation and keep the service sustainable.
• Credits also help discourage spammers and bad actors by being associated with Discord accounts.

Credit limits are subject to change at our discretion. Never purchase credits from anyone, but feel free to generate themes for your friends!
